The Epworth Sleepiness Scale

How likely are you to doze off or fall asleep in the following situations, in contrast to feeling just tired? This refers to your usual way of life in recent times. Even if you have not done some of these things recently, try to work out how they would have affected you. Use the scale provided next to each question to choose the most appropriate number for each situation.

After you complete the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, add any questions you may have to in the Concerns I Have Right Now box provided at the bottom of the form, and then click the "Submit Online Quiz" button.

A few minutes after you click the “Submit Online Quiz” button, you will receive an email from Awake In Philly showing the questions from the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, your responses to each question, the corresponding score for each question, as well as your total score for the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. A chart to interpret your Epworth score will be included at the bottom of the email, as well as some general information, should the Epworth Sleepiness Scale indicate that you should consult a sleep specialist.
